1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and PrepVibe ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using PrepVibe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of PrepVibe after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use PrepVibe
• You must be a resident of India
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information
• One person may maintain only one PrepVibe account
• Persons previously banned from PrepVibe may not register new accounts

3. Account & Registration

To use PrepVibe, you must register using your mobile number. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Keeping your profile information accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post spam, misleading, or false information
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Share obscene, offensive, or illegal content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt PrepVibe
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to earn coins fraudulently
• Create multiple accounts to exploit referral or earning systems
• Share copyrighted content without permission
• Engage in any activity that violates Indian law

5. User Generated Content

By posting content on PrepVibe (posts, comments, messages), you:

• Grant PrepVibe a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform
• Confirm that your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Understand that content you post in community discussions is publicly visible to other users
• Accept that we may remove any content that violates our policies without prior notice

PrepVibe does not claim ownership of your content. You retain all ownership rights.

6. Coins & Wallet Policy

Nature of Coins

• PrepVibe Coins ("Coins") are a virtual in-app currency with no real monetary value outside the platform
• Coins are not transferable between users
• Coins cannot be exchanged for cash directly — only converted to PrepVibe wallet balance

Earning Coins

• Coins are earned through legitimate activities: quizzes, surveys, referrals, streaks, upvotes
• Any fraudulent earning of coins (fake referrals, survey manipulation) will result in immediate account ban

Wallet & Withdrawal

• Wallet balance can be withdrawn via UPI/bank transfer above minimum threshold (currently ₹50)
• Withdrawals are processed within 7-10 business days
• PrepVibe reserves the right to change coin exchange rates, withdrawal limits, and terms with 7 days notice
• Coins and wallet balance are forfeited upon account termination for policy violations

Exam Form Cashback

• Cashback on exam forms is subject to availability and is not guaranteed
• Cashback percentages may vary by exam and time period
• PrepVibe is not responsible for any issues with exam form submission on official portals

7. Surveys & Earning

PrepVibe integrates third-party survey platforms to enable earning. By participating in surveys:

• You agree to the terms and privacy policies of respective survey providers
• You agree to provide honest, accurate responses — dishonest responses may result in disqualification
• Survey availability is not guaranteed — it depends on third-party providers
• PrepVibe is not responsible for survey payouts delayed or withheld by third-party providers
• You receive a minimum of 50% of all survey earnings — the remainder covers platform costs
• Earnings estimates are approximate and may vary based on survey availability in your region

8. Advertisements

• PrepVibe displays advertisements from Google AdMob and other networks
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of third-party advertisements
• Clicking ads is entirely voluntary — coins earned from ad views are legitimate
• We do not endorse any products or services advertised on PrepVibe

9. Intellectual Property

All PrepVibe branding, logos, app design, content, and features are owned by PrepVibe and protected by Indian intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any PrepVibe content without written permission
• The PrepVibe name, logo, and "PrepVibe" trademark may not be used without authorization
• Exam content (questions, study material) remains the property of respective owners

10. Account Termination

PrepVibe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms or community guidelines
• Fraudulent activity or abuse of earning systems
• Providing false information during registration
• Any illegal activity conducted through the platform

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

PrepVibe is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of exam dates, results, or other information displayed
• Specific earning amounts from surveys or other activities
• Availability of surveys for all users at all times

Always verify exam dates and information from official government sources (NTA, SSC, UPSC official websites).

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, PrepVibe shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of earnings, coins, or wallet balance due to technical issues
• Errors in exam information or alerts
• Actions of third-party survey providers
• Any harm resulting from user-generated content

Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you have withdrawn from PrepVibe in the 3 months prior to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.

We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication before pursuing legal action.
