1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and PrepVibe ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using PrepVibe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of PrepVibe after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use PrepVibe
• You must be a resident of India
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information
• One person may maintain only one PrepVibe account
• Persons previously banned from PrepVibe may not register new accounts

3. Account & Registration

To use PrepVibe, you must register using your mobile number. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Keeping your profile information accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post spam, misleading, or false information
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Share obscene, offensive, or illegal content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt PrepVibe
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate app activity, rankings, or leaderboards
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or platform restrictions
• Share copyrighted content without permission
• Engage in any activity that violates Indian law

5. User Generated Content

By posting content on PrepVibe (posts, comments, messages), you:

• Grant PrepVibe a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform
• Confirm that your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Understand that content you post in community discussions is publicly visible to other users
• Accept that we may remove any content that violates our policies without prior notice

PrepVibe does not claim ownership of your content. You retain all ownership rights.

6. PrepVibe Pro — Payments & Billing

Nature of PrepVibe Pro

• PrepVibe Pro is an optional, one-time paid plan that unlocks unlimited access to premium mock tests, full test series, and the complete PYQ paper archive for a fixed validity period. Core features such as result analytics, rank, the daily quiz, exam alerts, and the discussion feed remain available to all users, Free and Pro alike
• PrepVibe Pro is currently offered in two plans: 6 Months for ₹149 and 1 Year for ₹249 (prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and subject to change for future purchases)
• PrepVibe Pro is not a recurring subscription — it does not auto-renew, and no payment is charged to you beyond the one-time amount you pay at checkout
• Your Pro entitlement automatically expires at the end of the purchased validity period; you may purchase a new plan at any time to continue Pro access

Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through Razorpay, a licensed third-party payment gateway. PrepVibe does not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank account details
• Your Pro plan is activated only after your payment is successfully verified by our systems; if a payment is cancelled, fails, or is not completed, no Pro entitlement is granted
• You are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details and sufficient funds/limits at the time of purchase

Refunds

Refunds for PrepVibe Pro purchases are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. PrepBattle — Skill-Based Contest Rules

Nature of PrepBattle

• PrepBattle is a live, timed, multiple-choice quiz competition. It is a game of skill — your final ranking and any reward eligibility depend solely on the number of correct answers and your response speed. PrepBattle involves no wagering, betting, random draw, or chance-based element of any kind
• PrepBattle is free to enter for every contest — there is no entry fee, deposit, or stake of any kind required to participate or to be eligible for a reward

Free Entry

• Every entrant answers the same questions, under the same timer, with identical scoring and leaderboard rules — there is no paid entry tier and no way to buy a competitive advantage

Registration, Eligibility & Rewards

• You must provide accurate registration details (full name, mobile number, address, and exam-preparation stream) — inaccurate details may result in disqualification or delayed reward processing
• One registration per person per contest; multiple or fraudulent entries may be disqualified and result in forfeiture of any reward and/or account action
• PrepBattle awards no cash prizes, gift cards, or other monetary value at any rank. Top performers instead receive free PrepVibe Pro access as a merit reward, with the duration varying by final leaderboard rank. The reward tiers for each contest are set by PrepVibe for that specific contest and are always shown on its registration screen before you play — they may vary between contests. Rewards are processed after results are finalized
• PrepVibe reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel a PrepBattle contest for technical, operational, or legal reasons, with participants notified where reasonably possible

8. Advertisements

• PrepVibe displays advertisements from Google AdMob and other networks in limited placements (such as the Discussion feed and Study Map)
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of third-party advertisements
• We do not endorse any products or services advertised on PrepVibe

9. Intellectual Property

All PrepVibe branding, logos, app design, content, and features are owned by PrepVibe and protected by Indian intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any PrepVibe content without written permission
• The PrepVibe name, logo, and "PrepVibe" trademark may not be used without authorization
• Exam content (questions, study material) remains the property of respective owners

10. Account Termination

PrepVibe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms or community guidelines
• Fraudulent activity or abuse of platform systems
• Providing false information during registration
• Any illegal activity conducted through the platform

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements. Any remaining validity period on an active PrepVibe Pro plan is forfeited upon voluntary account deletion or termination for policy violations, subject to our Refund Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

PrepVibe is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of exam dates, results, or other information displayed
• That the app will meet every individual user's specific preparation needs

Always verify exam dates and information from official government sources (NTA, SSC, UPSC official websites).

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, PrepVibe shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Errors in exam information or alerts
• Any harm resulting from user-generated content
• Service interruptions that temporarily affect access to paid features during their validity period

Our total liability in any matter relating to PrepVibe Pro is limited to the amount you paid for your active plan in the 3 months prior to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.

We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication before pursuing legal action.
