- Posts, comments, messages you create in the app

- App usage data (features used, time spent, quiz scores)

- Survey completion data from CPX Research and other survey partners
- Ad interaction data from Google AdMob
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your PrepVibe account
- Provide personalized exam alerts and content based on your selected streams
- Process your coins and wallet transactions
- Show relevant surveys and calculate your earnings
- Display targeted advertisements via Google AdMob
- Send push notifications for exam alerts, quiz reminders, and activity
- Improve app features and user experience
- Prevent fraud and ensure platform security
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:
Service Providers
- Firebase (Google) — Authentication, database, and notifications
- Google AdMob — In-app advertising
- CPX Research — Survey platform (anonymized user ID only)
- Other survey platforms — Pollfish, BitLabs, InBrain (anonymized)
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
Public Information
Your username, profile photo, posts, and comments in the community are visible to other PrepVibe users.
4. Survey Data & Third Parties
PrepVibe integrates third-party survey platforms to enable users to earn coins. When you participate in surveys:
- An anonymized User ID is shared with survey providers — never your name or phone number directly
- Survey providers may collect demographic data (age group, gender, location) as part of the survey process
- Survey providers have their own privacy policies which govern their data practices
- We share 50% or more of all survey earnings with you — the rest covers our platform costs
- You can opt out of surveys at any time from Settings

5. Advertisements
PrepVibe uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use your data to show personalized ads based on your interests and browsing behavior.
- You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings
- Ad revenue from your views is used to maintain and improve PrepVibe
- We do not control the content of third-party advertisements
6. Coins & Wallet
PrepVibe Coins are a virtual currency within the app:
- Coins have no real monetary value outside PrepVibe
- Coins can be converted to wallet balance (Rs) at our set exchange rate
- Wallet balance can be used for exam form cashback or withdrawn above minimum threshold
- We reserve the right to modify coin values, earning rates, and withdrawal terms with prior notice
- Fraudulent coin earning (fake surveys, manipulation) will result in account termination and forfeiture of coins
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures including:
- Firebase Security Rules to protect your data
- OTP-based authentication — no passwords stored
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
- Regular security audits and monitoring
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
8. Children's Privacy
PrepVibe is designed for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@prepvibe.live and we will delete that information.
9. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction — Update or correct your information in the app settings
- Deletion — Request deletion of your account and data
- Opt-out — Opt out of surveys, personalized ads, or notifications
- Data Portability — Request your data in a readable format
